How did you feel when you found out that you were chosen to join technical training course in Japan?
I feel that I was lucky and grateful that the management gave me the opportunity to come to Japan to work and gain more experience.

Tell us about your unforgettable happy and sad experiences in Japan
When I came to Japan, I was very happy to be warmly welcomed by the company and treated in a friendly and sociable manner.
Japan is a very beautiful country. When we have a day off, we can do many interesting outdoor activities such as collecting chestnuts in the forest.
The saddest thing is to be away from my family, my children.

What did you learn while in Japan?
Japanese people are very friendly, they love to share the food. I remember a day when I was in the company, it rained, and my neighbor surprised me when they had collected all of my clothes, although we did not know each other.
On holidays, even though the company was off, but according to the wishes of the workers, if they want to work more to increase their income, the company has created conditions for the workers to work overtime.
While joining this training course, I learned a lot of skills, more dedicate in doing any tasks.
Living with Japanese people taught me many good things: Japanese people are neat and clean.

Your advices for those who will be joined this training course in Japan in the future.
If you have the opportunity to join the training course, in working, be serious and focus in details, listen carefully to the instructions of manager is also important. In life, try to live in harmony with other people.
