WORK CONTENT

- Advising the Board of Directors on the planning, organization and management of Human Resources related jobs.
- Manage recruitment, salary, emulation, reward, discipline and labor relations.
- Manage jobs related to the welfare and interests of employees.
- Build relationships with local government authorities and other related companies.
- Regularly update relevant legal documents to report to the Board of Directors to adjust accordingly.
- Perform other HR tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor or Master graduated, majoring in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Law…
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of the field of human resource management.
- Understanding of Laws & documents related to Labor Law, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax.
- Know how to use HR software, insurance declaration software.
- Careful, hard working, willing to learn.
- English Communication (good listening, speaking) or Japanese N2
