What is the reason that make you to chose to work at Yuri ABC Danang?
The company is located in the city where I live. After graduating from College, I was looking for a job, when Yuri ABC company was recruiting for a packing position, so I applied.

What is the good points do you feel when you work at Yuri ABC Danang?
Boss and colleagues are very friendly. Japanese companies always work according to transparent rules and regulations.

How do you feel you have changed and grown while working at Yuri ABC Danang?
I gained the ability to focus and observe in detail. Besides, I feel myself more patient, able to withstand the working pressure

What was the most difficult part of working at Yuri ABC?
In addition to the fixed job at the working position, when someone within the department is on leave, we will be assigned to support, then it is a little difficult to get used to that jobs.

How did you overcome that difficulty?
Thanks to my own efforts and the supports from manager levels, I can overcome the difficulties and complete the assigned work.

In order to do the current job, what skills are needed?
Patience and detail-orientation.
