What is the reason that make you to chose to work at Yuri ABC Danang?
The factory has good location which is near my house, comfortable working environment, managers and colleagues are very friendly. There is opportunity to train/ work in Japan HQ which lead to higher income and more experience gaining.

What is the good points do you feel when you work at Yuri ABC Danang?
Day off on Saturday as prescribed 14 days/ year. Moreover, there is an annual salary and annual leave increase according to seniority.

How do you feel you have changed and grown while working at Yuri ABC Danang?
From an amateur person who doesn't know how to sew, has become more experienced in sewing now.

What was the most difficult part of working at Yuri ABC?
The company manufactures many different categories product, it requires workers to have higher technical skills. The material for making handbags is leather, it requires workers to be more careful and thorough in their work.

How did you overcome that difficulty?
From carefully researching the sample bags, I try to figure out the best way of sewing.

In order to do the current job, what skills are needed?
Sociability is needed to create an comfortable working environment. Moreover, this comfortable environment encourages workers sharing and exchanging working experiences together.
