JOB DESCRIPTIONS

- Search and connect with customers
- Consulting, introducing to customers about the company's products and product prices.
- Receive information and requirements from customers, coordinate with the sample room to plan, design products and quote prices for customers.
- Negotiate, exchange and answer customer inquiries about product information.
- Coordinate with the production department to monitor the progress and quality of bulk products to handle when necessary.
- Coordinate with accounting department to negotiate contract, payment or debt.
- Responsible for maintaining the existing customer system and expanding new customers.
- Resolve customer complaints, grievances or feedback.
- Taking care of customers, proposing to improve the company's sales-related work.
- Report work, perform other tasks assigned from superiors.
